Quaint pub with a great patio area that includes a wonderful view. Good prices too!
Nice spot to chill. Good friends feel like family soon. Patio out back is the best in town. Multiple bartenders and choices. Not a fancy drink spot. Beers, shots, and pre bottled wines
Loved this bar. The bartenders were so nice and welcoming and amazing. Super good vibes. Amazing prices. Didn’t try any food though.
One of Omaha's most established dives. A favorite beer garden, weather permitted. Cheap drinks, interesting bathroom graffiti, and an eclectic cast of patrons. What more could you want?
It may not always be your idealistic social experience, but if you sit it out, you'll discover this is the best managed, secret of all of Omaha's most creative and talented people who reside in the 402... I'd tell you all to go there but then I wouldn't have the beautiful experience of of quality over quantity overquantity such as I did tonight after having nothing but ridiculousness waiting for my patronage in the old market.... Bradley Anderson Consulting diamond business I'd recommend to anyone except haters.... HATERS GO TO WEST OMAHA PLEASE!!!
Much like Nebraska's slogan, honestly it's not for everyone, so is Rose and crown. I'm not sure who folks are referring to as e, but there was a fellow by the first name that started with an E that jumped in whenever my lady was having a heat stroke on yhe smoking patio. We had been there a couple of times before in the past, and rather enjoyed it. The inside is a little cramped, which is the reason why we stay outside. Had my first experience of using the bathroom with a female in the same bathroom at this place, LOL just like everywhere else on earth, there are some people you don't want to socialize with, and others that you would want to socialize with. You have to use your discretion and your big adult words to thwart unwanted company. As for any complaints about the staff in bartender, everyone has good and bad days, I can only imagine how many bad days there would be working at the bar with a bunch of Alcoholics potentially. We have never had a problem, we treat people respectfully and then we are treated with respect back. As it should be.
Best dive bar in America. I hate telling everyone, but it's the truth. The bartenders and regulars are like family. This place has strong, affordable drinks and a beautiful back patio with mature trees. It is a true dive, so dont come for the frills. Come for the party. I love this bar. Editing to add that Chad, the manager, is one of the most decent and respectable humans I've ever met. Over the years, I've watched him work tirelessly to create a loving community. He gets rid of trouble and keeps everyone safe. This guy, along with the other bartenders there, keeps me coming back regularly. Be good to these people. They are my Omaha family.
Great local dive bar! Perfect place to get weird and meet interesting locals. Terrific, private outdoor smoking patio. If you don't go home with a good story, you can only blame yourself.
